preg_match negatieve getallen
Ik zit met het volgende probleem:
Al jaren maak ik gebruik van een open source urenregistratiesysteem. Het werk vlekkeloos.
Nu komt de wens om negatieve uren te kunnen schrijven, en standaard ondersteunt de software dit niet (alleen positieve uren zijn toegestaan).
Graag zou ik dat met een aanpassing in de code willen realiseren.

Nou ja, dat an sich werkt wel ($value mag dan bijvoorbeeld "-8:00" zijn), maar blijkbaar gaat het dan ergens anders mis in die 740 regels code (een PHP of MySQL functie die niet met negatieve tijden overweg kan, misschien zijn de velden in je database unsigned, enz). En dan is het nog niet beperkt tot die 740 regels van hierboven, als ik zo in die GitHub repo kijk, dan is er nog wel "iets meer". Je zult eerst zelf je probleem moeten proberen in te perken zodat je de vraag iets beter kunt stellen dan enkel "doet het niet".
Heb je al gekeken of er een workaround is (bijvoorbeeld uren onder een speciale post boeken) of er een fork met deze uitbreiding?
Wellicht ook handig is de realisatie dat jij waarschijnlijk niet de enige bent die dit issue heeft, oftewel, dit probleem is waarschijnlijk niet uniek.
PS Wat bedoel je trouwens met de opmerking "wel zo leuk en leerzaam!". Leuk voor jou en leerzaam voor iemand anders? Dus je gunt iemand anders wel een leercurve terwijl je zelf toekijkt? Wat vriendelijk van je.
