Ik krijg geen verbinding met mijn database. Wat moet ik hier voor instellen?

moet ik dan mijn database servernaam in vullen tussen de ' 'achter de groene komma. of moet ik 'DB_SERVER' vervangen door mijn database servernaam? idem natuurlijk voor USERNAME en PASSWORD.
Ik heb een automatisch setup utgevoerd maar dit moet schijnbaar handmatig.
